Seedhouse has a new location – and it's more central than ever. The move to downtown Osnabrück marks the beginning of a new chapter for us. More space, more visibility, and more opportunities: The new Seedhouse is not just a place to work, but a meeting place for startups, research, and business in the region.
A PLACE FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF ENTREPRENEURS
The new location was chosen deliberately: the city center location brings Seedhouse closer to universities, companies, partners – and to talented individuals who want to help shape Osnabrück. The new premises create optimal conditions for collaborative work, creative processes, and focused development. High-tech startups in the new incubator in particular benefit from the proximity to universities, transfer offices, and network players.
MORE THAN A CHANGE OF LOCATION
The move represents not only a new location, but also a clearer focus in terms of content. With the launch of High-Tech Incubator 2.0, Seedhouse is specifically targeting technology-oriented start-ups – particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence, agriculture and nutrition. The new environment offers space for precisely these start-ups with greater staying power and technological depth.

On September 1, the Seedhouse became a one-day gathering place for everyone who wants to drive real progress for small and medium-sized businesses. 42 startups, four stages, 340 guests, and solutions that are already working today. It was a day that turned out exactly as we’d planned: practical, direct, and to the point. The innovate! mittelstand is deliberately a different kind of event.
