DFV MEDIA GROUP AND SEEDHOUSE JOIN FORCES FOR AGRIFOOD EVENTS
“INNOVATE! FUTURE DIALOGUE” SETS NEW STANDARDS WITH NEW INDUSTRY FORMAT

The dfv Media Group and Seedhouse are merging their two events, “innovate!convention” and “Future Dialogue on Agriculture and Nutrition.” For years, “innovate!” has brought together the most innovative start-ups in the AgriFood scene in German-speaking countries. The focus is on disruptive ideas, inspiring impulses, and direct exchange with investors, companies, and the scientific community. The convention combined specialist content with pitches and interactive formats. The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Food and Farm Awards for outstanding start-ups.

FIRST “INNOVATE! FUTURE DIALOGUE” AT THE COPPENRATH INNOVATION CENTER (CIC) IN OSNABRÜCK

Similarly, the “Future Dialogue on Agriculture and Food” organized by dfv-Medien agrarzeitung, FeedMagazine, and newFOODeconomy, which took place once a year at different locations in Berlin, brought new perspectives and topics to the areas of politics, regulation, and technology in the food and agriculture discourse with high-profile speakers, panel participants, and guests from politics, business, associations, and NGOs, and introduced new topics in the areas of politics, regulation, and technology into the food and agriculture discourse. Starting immediately, the dfv media group and Seedhouse will jointly host the “innovate! future dialogue” once a year. This year's event will take place on December 4, 2025, at the Coppenrath Innovation Center (CIC) in Osnabrück. The event consists of a trade congress with top topics from the agri-food industry, the German Food Start-up Award and the German Farm Start-up Award, as well as many networking opportunities. Afterwards, there will be a joint celebration.

IMPORTANT EVENT FOR THE FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY

“The CIC is a real signal as a new event location: this is where innovations are created, especially in the field of agricultural technology. In addition to the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), start-ups and medium-sized companies such as Grimme and Krone are also based here. With this event and location, we want to bring together two things that belong together,” says Florian Stöhr, managing director of Seedhouse. Also involved are dfv-Medien agrarzeitung, FeedMagazine, abz Allgemeine Bäcker Zeitung, Fleischwirtschaft, NewMeat, and newFOODeconomy. “Through this collaboration, we are strengthening the relevance of innovate! zukunftsdialog and further developing the event into one of the most important events in the food and agriculture industry,” says Florian Stöhr.

INSPIRING THE FUTURE

“Important topics in the agri-food industry, innovation, and transformation require strong industry events where decision-makers and designers can come together to reflect on the future of their industry and their companies, on innovation, and on a successful future food and agricultural policy, as well as to inspire each other in shaping the future,” says Olaf Deininger, editor-in-chief of agricultural and meat media at dfv Mediengruppe. innovate! has been held for fifteen years. The dfv Media Group's Future Dialogue on Agriculture and Nutrition has been in existence for over eight years. In the past, numerous companies and partners from across the agri-food sector have participated in innovate!, including Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank, Coppenrath & Wiese, and Ernst & Young.
