VineForecast is an app that helps wineries to optimise work processes in the vineyard and at the same time efficiently reduce the risk of crop failures due to fungal infections or weather risks.
The team
Who is behind it
VineForecast was founded by the two brothers Paul and Richard Petersik and Max Nowack. Paul is a climate physicist and an expert in the use of machine learning to optimise weather forecasts. Richard is a business economist and previously worked as an assistant to a serial founder. Max has been a software developer for over 15 years and has previously founded and managed a SaaS company as CTO.
