At Merall Bioproducts, we are revolutionising aquaculture through innovative, sustainable practices. Our closed-loop system is transforming traditional fish farming by minimising water use, reducing energy consumption and converting waste into valuable products. We believe in fully utilising the potential of nature. We create a circular economy that respects our planet's resources by utilising every part of our aquaculture process, from high-quality seafood to bioplastics derived from shellfish. Merall's vertical and closed aquaculture system ensures the rearing of high-quality crayfish meat (16% protein, 0.3% fat) that is antibiotic-free and has an exquisite, distinctive flavour. By rearing in a controlled environment, Merall's vertical integration provides control over the entire production process, from rearing to harvesting the high-quality crayfish meat.
