What it's about

innoGPT is the sovereign AI platform for companies that want to use generative AI securely, productively, and in compliance with GDPR. Through one central interface, we combine leading language models such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini and enhance them with features that truly matter in everyday work: customized assistants, searchable knowledge bases, skills for recurring tasks, and integrations with Outlook, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and more than 3,000 additional systems.

Our goal is to establish AI as a reliable part of professional work. With innoGPT, teams can research, write, analyze, and automate significantly faster — without sensitive data leaving their own sphere of control. Hosting in Germany, clear role and permission management, and single sign-on provide the level of security expected by SMEs and larger organizations.

Behind innoGPT is Inno KI GmbH from Vechta, which also offers practical AI consulting services alongside the platform.

Who is behind it

Behind innoGPT is a team with deep expertise in artificial intelligence. The management team consists of Mike Koene as Lead Developer and Maurice Brumund as Product Manager. In sales, Timo Weigel is the primary contact for prospects and partners. Customer Success is led by Thomas Rottinghaus and Tim Geier, ensuring that innoGPT is successfully adopted within customer organizations and delivers measurable impact.

What does your solution concretely deliver – in one sentence?

innoGPT enables companies to use generative AI securely and helps employees save measurable time every day without losing control over their data.

Which companies is your solution best suited for?

We are particularly well suited for medium-sized businesses, public authorities, and organizations that want to integrate generative AI into their daily operations in a structured and GDPR-compliant way. Industry-wise, we are intentionally broad: we work with industrial companies, service providers, educational institutions, and the public sector. What matters most is not the industry itself, but the willingness to establish AI as a fixed component of internal processes.

How complex is a typical implementation?

The technical onboarding is intentionally lightweight. A first productive setup can be established immediately, including single sign-on and role management. We see the greater leverage in organizational adoption: here, we support customers with training sessions, use-case workshops, and the creation of custom assistants and knowledge bases. Depending on the company size and objectives, this can range from a few weeks to a multi-month rollout across several departments.

What do you need from the customer to get started?

Most importantly, we need a committed point of contact who drives the AI initiative internally and builds bridges between IT, business departments, and management. For the initial phase, a clearly defined pilot area with a manageable user group is sufficient. Data sources and interfaces, such as SharePoint or Outlook, are integrated step by step once the first use cases are established. Trial access can be provided easily at any time beforehand.

The easiest way is to start with a short introductory meeting where we jointly explore goals, framework conditions, and possible use cases.
