The conventional process in food wholesale, in which orders are processed manually, is time-consuming and prone to errors. This is where Grapes comes in.
Our solution makes it possible to automatically read orders in a wide variety of formats, such as PDF, email, WhatsApp, fax or voice messages. Since around 90% of orders contain incorrect or incomplete data, we use an AI-supported system to complete or correct these orders. The orders are then imported into the respective wholesaler's ERP system. This reduces the processing time per order from several minutes to a few seconds, while the error rate is significantly reduced. This not only saves time, but also costs.
A key advantage of Grapes is that it relieves the back office of administrative tasks. Employees can therefore concentrate on value-adding activities.
