What it's about
In line with our slogan "Be a hero - till a field", we work hand in hand with companies, citizens and selected farmers and foresters to create the opportunity to simply and efficiently promote species conservation and biodiversity in the region in which we live. In this way, together with our sponsors, we contribute to the protection and preservation of biodiversity. With each sponsorship, we work with nature-loving Feldwerkers to create flowering meadows, bird windows, beehives, forests and more in the name of our sponsors. We make species conservation visible and tangible!
Feldwerk enables citizens and companies to implement environmental and biodiversity measures in Germany and Austria and communicate them to the outside world. WE MAKE SPECIES CONSERVATION VISIBLE & TANGIBLE!
The team
Who is behind it
The team consists of two managing directors, Tobi and Marco. Tobi is an agronomist and takes care of planting the flowering areas, selecting the seeds and the finances. Marco is the second managing director, a business IT specialist and takes care of IT, marketing and sales. We are also supported by external sales staff and a working student.
Networks such as the Seedhouse result in great and inspiring contacts that continue to exist and have already led to fantastic projects and collaborations.

Success story
Major impact
In addition to many awards, we recently won the CSR Prize OWL. We are constantly increasing our impact through larger flowering areas and further reforestation projects so that we can leave a planet worth living on for future generations.
