What it's about
EasySnacks is a digital ordering and payment system for canteens that allows users to pre-order their food via app and collect it contactlessly. Canteen operators receive an admin panel with functions such as surveys, statistics and product management. The system shortens waiting times for employees/pupils/students, reduces food waste and increases convenience through cashless payment and top-up credit. For canteens, EasySnacks means precise preparations and increased sales. It creates a win-win situation for everyone involved and is future-orientated and sustainable.
The team
Who is behind it
Our team is made up of five pupils and students: Jan, Anton, Fabian, Noah and Patrick. Each of us brings unique skills and interests to the project, which complements us well as a team.
As a young start-up, the workshops with experts from various fields helped us enormously. They offered us professional advice from product development to market launch. We are incredibly grateful for this support!

When we were accepted into the Seedhouse batch, we had a vision to improve the canteen system in schools. Through hard work and valuable support, we were able to successfully develop our product.
We not only received enquiries from school canteens throughout Germany and Austria, but also from some company canteens. With important co-operation partners at our side, we have grown into a professional company.
