Farmers today face increasing pressure—from supply chains, regulators, and financial institutions—to make their operations more sustainable. At the same time, the market surrounding them is highly fragmented. With hundreds of climate solutions, carbon programs, subsidies, and financing options available, it is extremely difficult for farmers to identify which measures truly fit their operation and make economic sense.
atmo addresses this challenge with a transformation platform that brings transparency and structure to the fragmented market for climate mitigation and adaptation solutions in agriculture. The platform integrates farm-level data, climate impact data, and financial information to develop individualized transformation pathways for each farm. Farmers receive clear recommendations on suitable measures, access to pre-vetted solution providers, and guidance on available subsidy programs and financing options.
By standardizing data and translating climate measures into economically viable projects, atmo enables well-informed decision-making at the farm level while simultaneously making it easier for banks and other stakeholders to assess and finance agricultural transformation projects. In this way, atmo helps make the transformation of agricultural businesses bankable and scalable.

Who is behind it
Jen (CEO) previously led commercial strategy at PepsiCo as well as at global marketplaces such as Expedia and Delivery Hero.
Dennis (CSO), a PhD in agricultural science, developed the scientific foundation, MRV system, and carbon methodologies at Klim—one of Europe’s leading carbon project developers.
Gordon (CTO) previously served as CTO at Hummingbird, an MRV platform acquired by Agreena, and earlier built an agri supply-chain startup in the United Kingdom.
