Homann Feinkost, founded in 1876, produces sauces, dressings and mayonnaises. The company in Bad Essen operates one of the most modern dressing factories in Europe and attaches great importance to quality, innovation and sustainability. They do not use palm fat or artificial flavour enhancers and rely on regional ingredients and recyclable packaging. Homann employs around 800 people, offers many training opportunities and supports local projects. It is not unusual for several generations of a family to work there.

As a company, we want to grow steadily through innovation. By working together with the Seedhouse as a local driver of innovation, we have created the ideal basis for this.
