The nice thing about real innovations is that you never know exactly what they will be good for and how they will be used in everyday life in the future - see the story of how the internet came about. That's why I fundamentally love free, disruptive thinking and the resulting innovations, which is what led us as shareholders to the Seedhouse.
From an entrepreneurial perspective, innovations in the field of machine technology - more specifically, food processing and preparation technology - are interesting for us, as this forms the basis of a high-quality coffee experience for our customers. At the same time, it will be exciting to see to what extent innovations in the field of agriculture will have a positive impact on coffee cultivation, for example, and the challenges currently associated with it. A naturally more robust coffee plant that is possibly less susceptible to pests and also improves the "CO2" and "water footprint" of coffee cultivation would be wonderful!
